I offer a range of packages including,

Individual Personal Training/Health Coaching. This can be achieved at our inspiring gym space at The Retreat or at the comfort of your own home. This will include,

  • Health screening and body composition

  • Tailored training, nutritional & lifestyle guidance 

6 Week Body and Mind Transformation. Achieve exceptional results in the shortest time. This comprehensive approach will involve daily  nutritional guidance, meal and lifestyle programs. An accountable partnership that supports you  every step of the way to maximises results. This will include,

  • Health screening and body composition  

  • X3 training sessions per week 

  • X3 check in and support per week 

  • Tailored nutritional guidance and lifestyle program 

  • Sleep and stress management 

Online personal training/coaching. This will include,

  • Tailored training, nutritional guidance and lifestyle guidance  

  • Exercise and nutrition tracking via app  

  • Weekly support, check in and feedback (energy levels, hunger, recovery, steps, hydration)
